La Pharmacie Messaging Program — Terms and Conditions

• The La Pharmacie Messaging Program sends SMS messages related to your prescription care. Messages may include notifications that we have received a new prescription from your doctor, requests for insurance or payment information, order confirmations, available refill reminders, order status updates, delivery notifications, and other communications to support the filling of your prescriptions and your medication adherence.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to resume receiving messages, text “START” to the same number and we will begin sending SMS messages to you again.
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@la-pharmacie.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your prescription activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
